Screening

Our social workers are available to support the organisations and persons at risk in responding to safeguarding concerns. We collaborate with service managers, protection teams, and statutory bodies. Professional screening of alleged or actual incidents of abuse is crucial to ensure the person's safety and well-being.

Safeguarding and Protection Plans

We have substantial experience in developing safeguarding plans. Our social workers use tools that minimise the risk of harm and protect vulnerable persons from abuse or neglect. The development of a comprehensive safeguarding plan is necessary if the preliminary screening determines the existence of reasonable grounds for concern.

MDT Input

Our social workers are ready and available to contribute to multidisciplinary teams. We cooperate with other professionals and management to address complex issues. The multidisciplinary teams consist of members representing various disciplines working together to provide comprehensive care to individuals or groups.
